Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
On retail goods – refunds will be issued if returned within 14 days in unopened condition only.
On course registration cancellations – cancellation made within 14 days will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Courses cancelled within 7 days of the course start date will not be refunded but a credit will be issued for a new course.
